I think I'll start blogging instead of tweeting. Okay okay..I'll do both, ugh!

In serious news, my beautiful mother passed away Friday October 8th at 3:23 am. She lost her battle with breast cancer. She was 57 years young.
I miss her everyday

Back to Basics.

Pulled out my old friend...my elliptical I bought from HSN. I've neglected it due to having a gym membership. 
But I haven't been going to he gym lately due to me being lazy and tired from my new schedule for work and school.


It was a great workout. I also did some strength training today. I'm going to do strength 3x a week and my elliptical everyday. Then I'll go the gym to jog on the treadmill or take some classes when I have the time. Not to mention I still have a personal training session every month for 10 more months.


I feel like I should lose 10lbs in no time this month.
I'm watching what I eat again..more protein! I've left out protein this past month and it's stalled my weight loss.


I've also started taking my Omega 3 Fish Oil and B12 vitamins daily again.
I'm about to pick up 3 more vitamins I need:

• Vitamin B
• Multi-Vitamins
• African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis)

I'm updating the music on my blog with songs that get me pumped up to workout.

The CM I had a falling out with has been ignoring me and has not been giving me her huge annoying orders anymore. I love it. I used to get killed with those and other peoples work. It was a pain in my ass.

What's new with me? Oh well, nothing much. I made the first payment to my lawyer today. I've got another payment to make in 30 days. Money is going to be extremely tight this month.

Do Not Disturb

Sorry coworkers. Unless you come to my desk and give me work or email/message me with work related issues, please do not disturb me. I don't want to be involved in gossip and drama in other people's lives that work in this particular building. I don't care for it, especially now.  I like the good ol days where I had a real cubicle and I was left alone throughout most of the day, unless I was put to work of course.

In other news,
I think I'm getting pink eye. I've never had it before, and I'm not too sure if it's what I'm getting but my eyes burn, and they are watery and blurry.

How do I stop a bloody nose?

I lick my fingertip, dip it in a packet of koolaid, and spread the powder under my sons upper lips on the gums. Stops it instantly. Great tip I learned at first aid/cpr class a couple of years back.

Almost 6am! Noooo

Maddox is sick and he woke up at around 5:30 coughing really loud. He's had this cough for a few days now. He's going to have to miss another day of school. Hopefully the doctor can squeeze him in today to give him some good medicine. Poor baby.
Hopefully we can fall asleep and get a little rest before I have to wake up and do some errands, like go to the bank and get the rent money.

Once the bills are paid and I get a new car, I want to take Maddox to Disneyland. I haven't been there since I've moved back to down Los Angeles. I'll have to buy a good camera too!
